Shipping Policy

FOR US ORDERS ONLY:

Returns are offered for items returned within 14 days of delivery of the order. Items must be in the same condition in which it was received (unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed) with Ascot Doc tags still attached.

Returns received back that do not meet the above requirements and fall outside of the Ascot Doc return policy will not be refunded.

To initiate a return, email returns@ascotdoc.com to request a return label. Please provide the order number within the subject line. If you have any questions, please email us at contact@ascotdoc.com and we will be happy to assist you

 Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to arrive back to Ascot Doc. Once your return is received, please allow 3 - 5 business days for the return to be processed. When your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original form of payment.

We currently do not offer free returns on orders shipped outside of the United States.

EXCHANGES

Ascot Doc offers free exchanges on a different size of the original item purchased for US orders. If you are looking for a different color or style, a new order must be placed.

There are no return shipping or restocking fees for exchanges. Ascot Doc does not offer exchanges on international orders.

 CHANGES/ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can not be changed or canceled once they have been placed.
